When suppliers book a stand, what is included in the price?
We advertise our wedding fayres on our website as soon as we have venues and dates confirmed and as soon as you book a stand at one of our wedding fayres, your company will be listed on the relevent event page with a logo link to your respective website. You will be given promotional flyers and an Exhibitor Information Pack and a Registration List of visitors to the event. But it doesn't end there as once our wedding fayre is over, your company along with photos will be featured on our Blog.
So when you book a stand with 'I Do Wedding Fayres', not only do you get to promote your company to a targeted market 'face-to-face', you also get the opportunity to increase networking and you have all the above features thrown in - all at a very reasonable price to boot !
What kind of advertising do you do?
As well as advertising all our wedding fayres on our own website, we also advertise on numerous wedding internet sites as well as using every possible form of marketing available to us such as radio advertising, local newspapers, banners and much more.
How many suppliers do you allow per wedding supplier category? This varies depending on the size and layout of each venue. The most we will allow is three stands from each sector, with the exception of photographer's where we will accept up to four.
When can suppliers arrive to set up their stands before the wedding fayre begins?
We usually allow you entry 1.5 hours prior to the wedding fayre start time.
Is there a dress code?
Some of the wedding fayres take place in golf clubs where it is usually stipulated that jeans are not to be worn. We would suggest smart casual.
Full Terms & Conditions are issued to exhibitors once a stand is booked which addresses all other questions.
